The Gnarbecue - Pub and Streetfood
The Gnarbecue makes some of the best vegan sarnies in London. Genuinely top tier. Currently based at The Lexington Angel, The Southbank Waterloo and at events around the UK. Handmaking their own burgers was stopping them doing what they do best; slinging the best Texas Toast this side of pond.
NM worked with The Gnarbecue to create a super thin smash patty that cooks in 3-4 mins giving the perfect blush colour and classic American smoky BBQ beef taste.

Hansons - Caterers
Hansons is a long established caterer specialising in weddings, private parties and business functions delivering quality food and service cooked by top chefs from their Watford based kitchen.
With the huge growth in veganism Hansons customers were demanding vegan options to match their more traditional offerings.
NM has worked with Hansons to create unique products for their clients including, jackfruit pulled pork, beef style burgers and burnt ends for high end BBQs. Another project involved creating chick’n tasty beautiful enough for fine dining wedding breakfast.

Nelly’s Delhi - Street Food and Delivery
Nelly’s Delhi is an Indian street food hero, based in Wolverhampton but trading at the best events all over the UK.
Nelly goes through a serious amount of vegan chicken and the product he could find didn’t quite fit the values of his business. We worked with him to create a bespoke chick’n made by hand that really fit the ethos of Indian food, locally and hand made to bring families and friends together.
