Nulla Mors started as a street food passion project by Adam with the help of his best mates that he roped in to launch a Vegan Smokehouse, serving up Smokehouse classics 100% vegan.
Using expertise earned by smoking and BBQing around the world in a previous life, recipes were developed and friends were fed (a lot). Cooking up BBQs for friends soon wasn’t enough, a project was needed, and Nulla Mors was born.
3 years at the world-famous Brick Lane, multiple appearances at the Vegan Nights, the world’s premier plant-based party. Countless private events and street food markets and a Deliveroo stint during lockdown. The Vegan Smokehouse continues to pop up at the best events in the UK.
At the start of 2022 someone that had eaten an NM burger at an event approached Adam to buy his handmade burger patties and the Bespoke B2B project was launched. Based out of a kitchen in Mill Hill, North West London, various creations have been collaborated on, and 1000s of portions produced, for everyone from street food start-ups to five-star hotels including both long and short-term projects.
